I was not gifted like my late dear father was. He was an oil painter and used to create a lot of abstract paintings. This is the closest I will ever get to one. I had to rely on my Nikon to achieve it.

Everyone has their talents, dear friend; yours is being a great photographer! It truly takes an artist's eye to capture the glory of God's creation like you do! This certainly has a "painterly" look to it...love the POV and crisp detail in the foreground versus the background! The orange tulips are such a burst of bright color here and are so energizing to the eye to view! Fave! L/F/FB!
