Description

This is a view of the majestic Mt.Hood captured just a few miles east of Woodburn Oregon at the Wooden Shoe tulip fields.

The watermark will be removed before the image is sent to the purchaser.

The tulip fields you see here are owed and operated by the Iverson family and every spring they put on a tulip festival. It is called the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. At this festival you will see approximately 50 acres of tulips of every variety and kind.

It is truly a site to see and people from all over the Pacific Northwest and from all over the world for that matter, come to see this beautiful site.

On a clear day one can see the majestic Mt.Hood off in the distance. I was fortunate to get to photograph it here. There was a thin layer of clouds that morning but Mt. Hood was still visible through it.

Every year I look forward to returning to these fields to enjoy the beauty once more.
