Description
This is a view from the very top of Mary's Peak. It is one of the highest points in the coastal mountain range of western Oregon. The elevation is 4,097 ft above sea level.
On a clear day, if you have a good set of binoculars, you can see the ocean from this point some 45 miles away.
On this particular day when hiking to the top of this mountain, I have never experienced this many wild flowers before. It was a real treat to see and so wonderful to be able to photograph them.
I hope you enjoy the viewpoint, I know I did. :-)
The watermark will be removed before the image is sent to the purchaser. Thank You.

Beautiful Oregon scenery at its finest! Beautiful wildflowers. Wonderful DOF. This scene reminds me of the Sound of Music, too. Great capture, Nick. LF
